McFatty Monday on Wednesday

I've decided to just post this on Wednesday. It makes more sense since this is when I weight in with Weight Watchers.

Ya'll, that first week had my hopes up. 6lbs in a week! Woot! But the second week was a dud with like 1 lb gone. This week was better. 3lbs! Yay!

But, I got a message from Weight Watchers that I was losing too fast?? Maybe because I'm not using all my extra points or my activity points. But I'm okay with that. I'm full when I eat I've just been cutting out the junk. So, we will see after this week.

How could I slow it down? And why would I want to? Why is it bad to lose too much weight at one time? Anyone else ever get this message?
